About the Project

The 9-story community offers 111 units, including studios, alcoves, 1-bedroom, 1-bedroom & dens, and 2-bedroom independent living suites. Additionally, one entire floor is dedicated to assisted living for residents requiring more personal care.

Korban Contractors supplied the drywall scope, acoustic features, special ceiling scopes, and custom plaster cove moldings.
