The Slayte

About the Project

Erected in 1970, this downtown Ottawa 11-storey post-modernist building sat unused for years. The Slayte, now a multi-functional residential complex, boasts spectacular rooftop views, a hidden courtyard, a business center, and more, transforming the space into a vibrant community.
