About the Project

Completed in 2016, Minto Beechwood is located in the Beechwood Village/New Edinburgh area of Ottawa. This devevelopment features 132 condominium suites in one of Ottawa’s finest neighbourhoods. Situated on the corner of Beechwood Avenue and MacKay Street means it’s within easy walking distance to eclectic shops, restaurants and just a short distance from downtown. This is where tradition meets modern and where old meets new, in an authentic and sophisticated place.
